Delivered a turnkey manual-load tightening machine for a tier-1 automotive line complete with design, testing, and assembly.
APTUS was contracted by a tier-one automotive supplier to design a tightening machine to be used on one of their manual production lines. The end result needed to be manually loaded before it would perform the tightening operation. APTUS provided a turn-key machine including design, testing, documentation, and assembly. Programming and electrical support was provided by Innovative Controls of Knoxville, Tennessee.
