Developed low-volume manufacturing tools for a new consumer product, enabling early production and informing future high-volume design.
A series of sample product manufacturing tools were provided to a product development client for low volume production of a new consumer product. Our intimate knowledge of the client’s market goals combined with APTUS’ experience with the core design of the product allowed APTUS to provided a series of tools that effectively converted raw material into the clients product at very low volumes. Knowledge obtained from the creation and use of these manual tools lead to design refinements required for future high-production manufacturing.
