The challenge
- Match the boat’s new design language and fit the existing deck footprint and mounts
- Cost-effective to thermoform, on a tight production timeline
What APTUS did
- Worked directly with Skier’s Choice to define the aesthetic goals
- 3D-scanned the previous components and pulled in existing CAD
- Surface-modeled the complex curves in Modo
- Produced photo-realistic renders for fast feedback and iteration
- Delivered production files for the thermoform mold
